Tia Credits: Simple, Usage-Based Pricing for the AI Compliance Assistant
Pay for exactly what you use. Tia credits keep the cost of AI separate from your subscription, so every workspace can use as much or as little Tia as it needs.
How Do Tia Credits Work?
Tia uses 1 credit for every 1,000 tokens, rounded up. Tokens are the pieces of text Tia reads and writes: your question, the instructions she works with and her answer.
- Before Tia starts, she sets aside enough credits for the answer.
- When she finishes, you are charged only for what was used, and the rest is released. If an answer stops early, you pay only for the part that ran.
- A refused request costs nothing. If the workspace has too few credits, Tia stops before she starts.
How Many Credits Does Tia Use?
Actual use depends on the length of the conversation and the document.
Which Credits Does Tia Use First?
- Your plan’s credits. Every paid plan includes Tia credits each month. They reset on the same day each month as your plan started. Unused plan credits do not carry over.
- Then bought credits. Credits you buy never expire. Tia uses them only once the month’s plan credits are used.
- See where you stand in Settings, Usage: plan credits used this month, the reset date, bought credits and Tia activity.
How Do I Buy More Tia Credits?
The workspace owner buys credits from Tia credits in Billing, or from Settings, Usage. Stripe takes the payment, and the credits are added as soon as Stripe confirms it.
What Happens When Credits Run Out?
Tia does not start the answer or the review, and she says that more credits are needed. The owner sees how to buy more. Everyone else is asked to contact the owner. Nothing is charged for the refused request.
Records
Every Tia answer is recorded in the workspace audit log with who asked, the tokens used and the tools Tia used. Every credit added or used is recorded against the workspace balance.
