The notifications system surfaces operational events to brand members so they don’t have to monitor every workspace surface manually.
Channels
Event Categories
- Member events — invitations accepted, role changes, ownership transfers
- Billing events — subscription changes, invoice issued, payment failed, credit top-up confirmed
- Mint events — large batch completion, mint failures requiring attention
- Passport governance — controlled update applied, break-glass amendment, revocation
- Hostname events — custom hostname verification status changes
- Platform messages — incident notices, maintenance windows
Per-Member Preferences
Each member controls their own notification preferences from Settings → Profile. Workspace owners can set workspace-wide defaults but cannot override an individual member’s explicit choice.
