The Overview tab is the headline view of Passport Intelligence. It brings together the most important indicators of passport health into a single, scannable surface so operators can quickly understand the state of their programme without drilling through individual reports.

What It Shows

The Overview surface combines three families of indicators:

FamilyExamples
Scan activityResolver attempts, valid scans, first scans, repeat scans, unique passports, unique products
Trust postureComposite Trust Score, recent signal volume by severity
Experience healthPassport views, render success rate, top engagement events

Each indicator is scoped to the active brand and presented with sufficient context — period, comparison, and trend — to be operationally useful at a glance.

How It’s Used

The Overview tab is intended as the daily landing surface for operators and the briefing surface for stakeholders. From here, teams typically:

  • Confirm that scan and view volumes look normal for the current period
  • Spot meaningful changes in Trust Score before they become incidents
  • Pivot into Activity, Experience, or Trust for deeper investigation

Design Principles

  • Score-first — high-signal indicators sit at the top of the view
  • Evidence adjacent — supporting context is presented next to the headline figure, not hidden behind a click
  • Identity-aware — every figure respects brand scope and role-based access

For deeper investigation, switch to the relevant capability tab.
